  • 0.5 kilo of ground beef

  • 2 chopped celery stalks

  • 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 glass of red wine
  • 2 spoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Method of preparation

  1. First, cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. Then, in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, celery and garlic and cook until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking up any large chunks with a wooden spoon.
